Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which products purchased from Newraa Fashion, operated via www.newraa.in (“Website”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
By placing an order on the Website, the customer (“You”, “User”, “Buyer”) agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns shall be accepted strictly subject to the following conditions:

The return request must be raised within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unopened, and in original saleable condition.

All original tags, labels, invoices, and packaging must remain intact.

The product must not show any signs of usage, damage, alteration, or tampering.
Damaged, opened, used, or altered products shall not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances, except where such damage is proven to have occurred during transit and is reported as per Clause 3 below.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Products purchased during sale, discount, or clearance offers

Customized or made-to-order products

Innerwear, accessories, or items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable”

Products returned without original packaging or labels
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the event You receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect, You must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by providing:

Order ID

Clear photographs and/or unboxing video evidencing the issue

A brief description of the defect or discrepancy
Failure to notify within the stipulated time shall render the claim null and void. Upon verification, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
4. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request:

Upon review and approval, return instructions will be communicated

Products sent without prior approval shall be rejected and returned to the sender
5. Refunds

All approved refunds shall be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds will be initiated within seven to ten (7–10) business days from approval.

Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment only.

Shipping, handling, or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted solely for size or color variations, subject to availability

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Only one exchange per order shall be permitted
7. Return Shipping

In cases where the return is due to a Company error (wrong or transit-damaged product), return shipping shall be borne by the Company

For all other eligible returns, shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer
8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch only.

Once dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be entertained.
9. Company’s Rights
Newraa Fashion reserves the right to:

Inspect returned products before approving refunds or exchanges

Reject any return that does not comply with this Policy

Modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice
